New Gnisis Cornerclub Snowdrift

There is a large snow drift covering the entire entry way for the cornerclub in Windhelm. I am not sure which of the mods it can be coming from. I have tried deactivating several with no difference. If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated!

Windhelm: Landscape raised during the previous update was not properly leveled out around the New Gnisis Corner Club.

I was going to suggest open Cities as well as that's one of the only ones for which i see listed that I'm not using. Might I ask is your Master files clean and did you use LOOT to sort your mod Load orrder?
