First time modding, game crashes when i hit "new game"

Hey guys,

I went through and downloaded some of the top rated mods for Oblivion - first time modding so I'm not sure if I've done something stupid or not

anyways, when i hit new game the game just crashes :( Here's my load order:

Just ran BOSS which I think changed the order? or maybe it was me... anyways here is the load order as of now
