Trying to find what is causing my problem I disabled everything, left only CoT and started a new game, the problem is still there so is not another mod.My problem is very strange, I have night level 2 which is pretty good, nights are very dark. Now, when it's raining, the "night" effect goes off and I can see pretty much everything. I could say vanilla level, or very similar, not even close when it's not raining.Even using the console and forcing rain, the night goes pretty much off. What I want is pretty simple but I don't know how to do it, I want the night level 2 with rain, no vanilla style. I mean, no matter if it's raining or not, the night level 2 should always be ON.It must be something from CoT because as I said before, I tried using CoT and nothing else and still happens. Basically, CoT is the best weather mod but when I pick any "dark night" optional file the night itself disappear when is raining, going back to vanilla values and is super annoying. Nikolasievich Posted October 10, 2017 Author Share Posted October 10, 2017 (edited) No, I'm not using any ENB and I tried vanilla skyrim with only 2 mods, unofficial legendary and climates of tamriel, still happen. That's how I know there is no mod conflict or anything else, it is climates of tamriel or something I have to change in the ini files I don't really know what this happens. Climates of tamriel don't have a forum like other mods so I can't find a good solution. I didn't change anything from the ini files either.I'm not using AA or FXAA, both disabled and everything high except shadows in low. I thought it was a mod conflict but as I said before I tried CoT with vanilla and the issue is still there. When I try ELFX with the weather optional file I can see a dark night with rain but the weathers are not good for me. The dark night from CoT works fine but the issue is when the rain is there, looks like vanilla night which sucks. I use mod organizer, maybe I could do something there turning off a file in the data tab but I don't know where the weather or nights are.
