Is there such a utility as a custom item maker for Oblivion. Ex: You select a skin from an existing item, and select the type of item it will be (armor, lockpick, weapon, etc.) and select certain characteristics it will have, like, a lockpick, you can make a Skeleton Key-like pick, and make it unbreakable. And make a consumable such as a potion, and make it an unlimited source of that item?

Or maybe some armor, and select a few different skins, and make it a uniform, like a ninja uniform or something. :biggrin: If someone can help me locate something like this, I would appreciate.

Yes, It's called the Construction Set. Unfortunately its not easy to use or to learn It is not a mod, but a separate program that is run outside of Oblivion. The objects must first be created in the CS, then placed into the game by the CS. Then close the CS and open the game. select your new mod to enable it in the game and play - Lots more difficult than it sounds.
