Reshade Preset - Effects to Implement to make it better

Hi guys,

 

as you may know I'm trying to make my reshade better than it is and I'm working very hard to do it. However, I'm a little bit confused and do not know is I should implement two effects to my preset. The first one is depth of field [ far image blur ], the second is gaussian blur [ overall blur - look at the grass ]. You can see the difference below:

 

Depth of field enabled :
