crosseye view in 1st person

hello, i have a problem where in 1st person the camera view changes to seeing double (see screenshot) along with a large ammount of radial blur the heavy breathing sound effect in an infinite loop

i have the latest version of skyrim legendary edition and skse and use Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB. i use mod organiser and have run fnis, bodyslide and loot but nothing worked.

the pc's specs are:

r7 1700 liquid cooled at 3.6Ghz

gigabyte ga-ab350 gaming rev 1
16 Gb DDr4 tridentz rgb

asus strix gtx 1080 (8gb)

250Gb ssd and a 4 Tb hard drive (mod organiser and skyrim are both stored on the hard drive)
