Getting back into Skyrim. Any recommended mods?

So, as the title says I plan on trying to get back into Skyrim. I was wondering what any of you would suggest that could make Skyrim fun, and have variety of the gameplay, etc. I love having lots of armor/weapons/etc and I do usually play a stealth character, a female one. So, I already know to grab the essentials: CBBE, SkyUI, Immersive armor/weapons, I don't have the most powerful PC, I can run some ENB's, but please no uber-powerful ones or mods that can kill your FPS. Otherwise, I'd love to see what you'd suggest.

Here is a copy of my very, very stable load order. Note that there are still a few glitches I am trying to work out- but, nothing major. Mine is designed with as much dlc type content as I could safely squeeze in. Also lots of sex and slavery mods for added realism. I would probably drop Falskaar as it doesn't seem that interesting to me. Also there are two npc changers because I never got around to merging them. Also note that Selene Kate is an awesome follower, but she tends to cause ctds as a constant companion for some reason. I only summon her for tough fights and when I feel like dancing. SM Skyrim is Maids II deception. It is a huge dlc sized mod with 17 main quests and more. Lots of pretty girls with unique voices and clothing galore if you know how to edit in x-edit to get it. You could probably run another magic mod in there too if your careful. Some of those mods are not esm's. They are marked that way for work in the CK. Good luck and happy gaming.
