Lionsheart88
So i'm having the usual stutter-while-turning thing. Everything freezes for a few secs. But i'm also having it in small areas such as in the center of Dawnstar. I've been testing and trying solutions for a few hours now, still nothing. At first i thought it was NobleSkyrim 2KHD and Superior Rocks 2K. My GPU only has 2 GB VRAM so i thought it could be that. Uninstalled and deleted both mods, installed the half-texture versions of both. Didn't work. Then i thought it could be the textures all-together. Uninstalled them, and downloaded the even lighter, less-covered version of Skyrim HD 2K. STILL. HAPPENING. I also thought it could be my armor and cloth mods which are high quality, but the stutter happens when no NPC's are around too. Then i thought it could be the scripting of WARZONES 2015. Uninstalled. Nothing. Thought it could be the shadows. Removed grass shadows, tree casting shadows. Nothing. Between all of those, i did try all of the memory patches, tweaks, etc that i could find. So yes before you ask, i did follow strict instructions to install ENBoost, to allocate more memory through SKSE. I used BethIni with it's preset and recommended tweaks. Vsync is on both according to Beth, and ENBhost.exe. My fps limiter is set to 60 after also having stutter with it set to False. I also installed the Cell Stabilizer and Safety Load on SKSE plugins. I'm also using FPS Background Booster because according to the file's page, it says it might prevent stutter too. My load order has been sorted by the NMM and LOOT. No conflicts. Again i already did the SKSE Memory Patch and ENB's Reserved memory increase thing so PLEASE don't tell me that's the problem I BEG YOU. Below is my computer's specifications, load order screenshot, ENBlocal.ini (Only importat/changed part) screenshot and VRAMSizeTest screenshot + Attached files if you'd like to check it out for yourself Specifications---------------------------------------------------GPU : NVIDIA GEFORCE ZOTAC GTX 750 TI 2GB's vRAM (Driver version 385.69)CPU : Intel Core i5 6400 3.30 GHzRAM : 2x4GB HyperX DDR4 RAMHDD : Seagate BARRACUDA 1TB SATAOS : Windows 10 PRO 64 Bits ------------------------------------------------- Screenshots-------------------------------------------------Load Order # 1 --> https://imgsafe.org/image/9df781adc4Load Order # 2 --> https://imgsafe.org/image/9df782a158Load Order # 3 --> https://imgsafe.org/image/9df794afa3Load Order # 4 --> https://imgsafe.org/image/9df7b14f48 ENBLocal.Ini --> https://imgsafe.org/image/9df7981d47 VRAMSizeTest --> https://imgsafe.org/image/9df7a4d7fa------------------------------------------------------------------------------------(Attached LOAD ORDER, copied from LOOT)Really people. I have lost hope. I spent hours modding the game, only to have this stupid problem happening to me. I have exausted all Google options i could find, because they were either already tested by me, or someone having the same problem and being indicated the tested methods. Is there ANYONE out there who knows what to do?

Bugnexus7
Considering all you've done already, and the fact you have a very similar GPU to me (Nvidia GTX 760), try what I did to solve the stutters. Go into the Nvidia Control Panel, and find the PhysX settings tab. It is, by default, set to "GPU". Set it to CPU. Even with ENBoost, most I5-i7 Intel chips will be around 20-30% usage during Skyrim gameplay, while the GPU will be maxed out at 100%.Changing this setting moves processing of havok physics from the GPU to the CPU. Your GPU will still be maxed out, but you should see slightly higher CPU usage after making this change. The imprtant thing is you have less "piling up" of processing with the GPU. Load balancing. I discovered this accidentally while trying to solve a crash due to my video driver choking--It turns out the problem was PhysX controls FIGHTING the havok code internal to the game. I had the exact same issue with Heroes of the Storm, and changing this setting solved that as well. In fact, aside from 20-30 games built specifically for PhysX, you do not even need it installed. It is simply more Nvidia bloat and can be safely removed. Most games have theri own havok physics built in (like Skyrim). One other thing I can think of is turning OFF the Aero desktop functions during gameplay--Windows Aero Desktop is notorious for sucking up huge amounts of memory even when it doesn't use it. I have a "Classic" desktop layout that doesn't use any Aero features that I have saved and switch to it when doing any gaming. This solved a Skyrim stutter for me on my older Nvidia card. Good luck!Ciao!Bug
