I would like to do it myself, unfortunately, I don't have the skills and tools to do it :/ (If you didn't beat B&W don't read) I especially think about playing gwent with her in Toussaint, after beating B&W story Just an idea, she could ask us which deck should she play against us, or randomly pick between all decks. Someone made a mod where you could play against Triss but when you beat her or lost to her cant remember which. The game would freeze right after.
