i'm trying to convert Azura's Star in to a black Soul Gem in the CS or atleast make it able to be converted in to such how do i go about doing that i dont see any dfifrence in the i nfo box of the black soul gems

Technically you can't. Soulgems are more or less hardcoded atleast in how they work. Normal soulgems won't work on people. Turning one into the other would actually be a bit of a downgrade in the long run since the star can be refilled endlessly and has a higher maximum enchant.
