Mod or something for adding items for mods (not to replace items)

Hi there, is there a program or mod, so mods that normally replace clothing for example, changing that to a new item, so it wont replace an item?

Vault suit for example. most mods replaces the graphics, what i want is to let the mod make a new item with the new graphics.

And than get all mods that replaces items in it all together? give every peace of clothing / armor / weapon that comes with a mod. a new item name / id / and stuff?

 

Yea i know in the end you will have a BIGer list of items in the game, but thats the whole idea. :smile:

 

Is there already a mod or program of addon or someting that does this, or is it posible to create this?

I have to say, im all new to modding and fallout 4.

Been looking to mods for a couple days now.

Find lots of interesting things, especially the clohting and weapons and armors.

only problem is, they replace items.
