CTD On Startup. Read for more details.

I end up with CTD on startup, after a good 20 seconds of black screen. In my attempt to find out what the problem was, I used LOOT and FO4Edit to see if any conflicts were occurring. Unfortunately, I had no problems on either side, and the CTDs persisted in the same style as before. These attempts were in the hopes that I could update to version 1.10.26. Not only that, but I was intent on updating my "Horizon" mod from version "1.2.1 BETA" to version "1.3.1". The F4SE was also updated to its' most recent version, so no problems there.

 

My question is: Is there a mod, or set of mods that are outdated that cause my game to crash? If so, I would appreciate the assistance as soon as possible. I would enjoy the chance to not have to start all over from an error I can't find.

 

The amount of plugins amount up to 206 activated. Load order is below.

true storms as fare as i know people have had quite a few problems with it true storms and vivid weather could be clashing
