To download the file, you could use the Firefox extension 'downloadhelper', available here:http://www.downloadhelper.net/With the right settings, you may be able to convert the file to the mp3-format right away.To then split the big mp3 file into individual music tracks, I'd recommend 'Audacity', available here:http://audacity.sourceforge.net/All mentioned software is well documentated.
