Weapon mod conflict issues

I've been playing around with mods recently, and I came to notice that multiple weapon mods break the game. Not all weapon mods have issues, but a fair few do. I was trying to install Remington 870, M1 Garand and Mosin Nagant. Upon enabling the mods in nmm, a prompt to replace files comes up. I said no to them all the first time, and ran the game. When I went to start my save, it resulted in a permanent loading screen, completely black with a white cursor and a vault tec logo in the bottom right corner. I exited and disabled the weapon mods, The game loaded fine. I then pressed Yes to the overwrite, just Yes, not to all, folder or mod. Loading my save brought the same blank infinite load screen. This time however, disabling the mods did nothing; the game was broken. I had experienced this beforehand, with Fusion gun and Mosin Nagant, I pressed yes to all and the game broke; I fixed it by wiping the game and everything except for my save and reinstalling a copy. Moving the Fallout4.ba2 files from a backup over to the broken copy of the game did nothing. I'm now running a game that will not work, and am reluctant to do a complete wipe. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks. (I've looked for other people reporting issues with the Mosin to no avail, however, there was one for the Remington. Without a reply, of course.)

[EDIT] I did manage to solve the issue by completely deleting animtextdata in meshes, which is very helpful for future; but I would still like to know how to run multiple weapon mods at once. Thanks.

Depending on the order in which I activate the mods, the message changes. Going from M1, to Mosin to Remington brings up this.

Data file 'Meshes\AnimTextData\AnimationOffsets\PersistantSubgraphInfoAndOffsetData.txt' has already been installed by 'M1 Garand' Activate this mod's files instead?

The variant being 'Installed by "____"'.

I don't know about the Remington 870 mod, but with respect to the Garand & Mosin, you can overwrite that file from either mod, it's a fairly generic sight/scope related file.

The Remington 870 mod might do something odd with this file, I don't know, I haven't used that mod.
