Long mod list, random crashes

Ok, so after literrally 6+ hours working on this in tandem with my roommate on his copy of the game we've decided to seek help...

 

The game crashes typically after 30-60 seconds of play. Gets into the game fine.

Just to update, another hour of work and we found that removing boss.esp fixed a lot of crash issues. This is the "Legendary Creatures" mod. However adding any addition locations other than those already listed in our load order brings the crashes right back. So I guess for now this is as many mods as we get until we want to troubleshoot more.

 

I once had over 100 mods active in Oblivion and it was a massive troubleshooting nightmare as well until I finally got it working as intended. Any advice for Skyrim would be appreciated. Save me some time :D
