Snow turbulence?

Hi all

 

I haven't created a mod before, so I wan't to do something really simple to start with.

 

I wan't to make a mod that makes the snow fall slow and nice, with almost no turbulence in the particles.. So this should be just tweaking one little parameter somewhere right? ... Where do I find that snow turbulence strenght parameter, and perhaps the gravity/particle speed parameters for falling snow? :)

 

Any reply will be much appriciated

EDIT: And how to I save this little change as an esp file. That's all I need to know to make a mod right? :)
