PT failing out of the military opinions?

Has anyone ever PT failed out of the military? I've been in for three years and a lot in my life has changed, I've adopted old world libertarianism into my life, the Chelsea manning videos were released, after all this and a lot more personal financial issues I don't feel like I can keep up with being in the National guard anymore, don't lecture me about oaths and contracts, if anyone has enlisted a majority can tell you they flat out lie to you about the "benefits" you are supposed to receive. I just want to know if anyone here has done it, and

 

A) what kind of discharge did you receive

B) if it was anything less than honorable did you get it changed? Was it hard doing so?

C) how is the stigma that follows after doing this affected your employment? Were you fired? Was it harder finding another job?
