NPC dialogue and speech bugged or changed

After installing far too many mods and not paying attention to the effects, I now have npcs that simply don't use voice acting anymore (some do, some don't), and all text dialogue is rushed, rather disturbing to my immersion, as I have to speed-read everything said. :P

 

For example: In Unfriendly Competition, Thoronir is dumb and Jensine gives full voice dialogue. The scene where Thoronir meets Agarmir, Thoronir stands there, and Agamir berates him. Thoronir also failed to help me advance my quest once I had the Macabre Manifest, at stage 65, and I had to force the quest to advance with console commands (which has never been necessary before).

 

Some NPCs talking in the street/around the world will be having one sided conversations as their friend stands there silent.

 

 

I am new to modding my game, so only roughly understand the effects of load order. I have OMM & OBSE. I have Shivering Isles and am patched accordingly.
