scrap mods for weapon, armor, autamton

I feel like i have a lot of resources sunk into mods I no longer use. What I do currently is try to equip as many mods as I can to an item before scrapping it, as you can imagine this is a huge pain in the ass if your like me and you scavenge every piece of armor or weapon of enemies.

 

So just a mod that would allow you to scrap mods back into the resources required to make them (all except adhesive since you never get that back anyway).
