Problem with my Nexus Mod Manager (0.15.15)

Thank you for your kind perusal.

 

I had a trouble here. I had downloaded and activated my mod as shown in below image.

But when I launch Skyrim, I notice nothing happen. So I exit to desktop and check my NMM, and saw my plugins have not enable.

So I check(enable) all the mod myself by double-clicking.

After that I launch Skyrim again, the same thing nothing happen. Went out to desktop and check my NMM again, the plugins automatic unchecked.

Then I try to re-check all the mod again and re-open my NMM, yes it show checked now, but only after I launch Skyrim, the plugins auto uncheck it.
