LE Mistborn Cloak

I recently finished reading a series called Mistborn, it's very interesting. Anyways.

 

I can't mod worth a damn, but I thought it would be awesome if someone could create the mistcloak that mistborns wear. I'm also not very good at suggestions.

None of these are mine, I simply Google'd the images and posted the link to each.

 

Edit: In an after thought, a Push and a Pull spell would be cool too. I know Telekinesis does this though, but I meant it as a power, so you could still swing your blades while doing it.

I read the series, and a mistborn overhaul would be the best mod ever!!

Anyway I am begining to mod, when I have more complex skills with modding I am going to creat a overhaul of allomancy, the 2 other arts etc, i have already done Koloss in it :D

But I really want someone to make a mistborn mod, as I do not mod often and I am not very skilled with modding. Someone please make this, or an overhaul to do with allomancy :)
