Images can't generally be posted directly to the forums. You would have to put them on another site and use the "URL Link" icon on the "Reply to this topic" page menu bar to point to it. They are terrible for providing the "load order" (LO) because they usually can't show everything in one image.

Please see the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

If that is not sufficient information to clear up your problem, please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article.

Be aware that even though your hardware might seem to be sufficient to handle large, hi-rez textures, the game itself was designed and written 7 years ago for the Vista environment. It can't handle everything your hardware might, so the design limitations are your bottleneck. The larger your monitor display, the more pixels it requires and the more demands on the amount of memory higher-rez images place on the video subsystem. ENB adds more demands on top of that. One of the first steps you need to try as a test is to scale back what you expect the game to display: such as "medium-rez" instad of "hi-rez" textures and/or lower image quality and/or screen size.

Another common cause of "texture problems" is "too many plugins" installed (anything greater than 140 is a big red flag, and more than 130 can cause issues depending upon your system), which is just one reason why we need to see your "load order".
