It seems those are backups of the esp files you make. If you rename ScoutArmor.esp.8.bak to ScoutArmor.esp you can use it as a mod (but most likely unfinished mod). Quite handy if you screw something up .

In the CK preferences there is an option to auto-backup your mod every xx minutes. If it's selected, your mod will automatically be backed up in the Data folder.

However, if you load up the game to test any changes to the mod, (while leaving the CK running) and the auto-backup time expires, the .esp cannot be saved because the file is being used by the game. The CK then puts the backup into the Backup folder.

It works just fine for me, I've used this method several times and it always works. Did you change the file extension from .bak to .esp and did you put your backup file (the one you renamed) in the data folder?

i did, the ck does not show the new file... (the new file is in .Bak format (not .esp)) i think it need to be converted ??? No ???

Just delete the bit that says .bak so the file ends in .esp

It should look like My_Mod.esp
