tokingtolkien
I have been in the process of installing over the past week over 100 mods and painstakingly play tested 1 or a few at a time to look for problems, other then yellow box problems with Apachii Goddess Store(which I can live without and maybe will start a new topic on later) and a weird game may crash when I quit if I don't end it with the task manager. Problems have been few and manageable. I have been saving the big daddy overhauls for last,I don't use OOO so Fran's and Mart's and maybe a level mod like AF or S.P.A.M. would be the last 3. Well I started with Mart's last night and I got a Distant LOD problem. I am standing in game on Gnoll Mountain near the camp where you get that message, And I can't see Burma or or the Blade Temple, I can't even see the IC or White Gold Tower! I turn to the left and I can see Frostcrag but parts of it are missing,I have Frostcrag Reborn so I think with it's own LOD files is the only reason I see most of it. I do have Almost Everything Viewable When Distant mod and that was working so I should see a lot of ruins and other buildings too,I can't.I repeat everything worked well enough until I installed Mart's. So I know that is the the problem with the LOD.I installed Mart's raw extracting to the O\data file with 7-zip. I did not OMOD it (probably my problem). Even if I turn off the .esm and .esps with OMM the problem remains. And the load order in OMM is correct. Does anyone know how to fix this? Such as should I delete Mart's entirely from O\data or just certain files. Should I install something else on top of it.ect.I could play the game like this but I would rather not if it can be fixed and not have to walk up to a place before I can see it even the IC (immersion breaking). I wold rather not uninstall Oblivion and spend another week plus to load a bunch of mods. If I wanted to play vanilla I would have got the console versions. Please help I feel like this :wallbash: !!!
