Am I the only one with this problem?

Recently I updated some of my mods and just began to use ENB Superl3. I also updated my Categorized Favorites. But now, I have this persistent problem: my game keeps CTDing when I continue from main menu, even when I choose to load any of my saves. The only one that works with SKSE is my really old quick save when I was lvl 18, I am like 39 now. So, I couldn't bare the idea of starting from there. I figured out through much turmoil that I can play the game when I start it through the Launcher. But I get that SKSE big fat warning message on the Inventory, and Magic. Now to make matters worst my mods are not working, at least the really major ones such as Skyrim HD 1.5, Tytanis, Deadly Dragons, Wars in Skyrim IV and those are the ones that I would notice very quickly if it's working. I tried changing load order, although I thought the updated version of Nexus now comes with BOSS pre-installed so I shouldn't have to manually do this, but nothing. I even reinstalled Skyrim. I disabled mod by mod to see which is causing this but, nada. Only once in a blue moon SKSE works. At first I disabled Categorize Menu because I noticed it ran ONCE after that but then it started back CTDing. I disabled iHUD because that also uses SKSE and it worked about 4 times straight but then it started back after I enabled Categorized Fav. Meny, so I thought maybe it's Cate. Fav. Menu but after disabling it again the game just went back to CTDing. I disabled both, and nothing. Final conclusion, I can't get Skyrim to boot up in SKSE and I can't get my major mods to work.

 

TL;DR:

Skyrim is CTDing and my mods are not working.
