Alex032691
So I recently bought and have been playing Skyrim Special Edition and I've encountered a problem in which for whatever reason the game freezes every few times I save. Now lately after I've loaded my save in the story I've been getting this CharacterMakingExtender error pop up relating to the Enhanced Character Edit mod that I've been using for some reason, whether this pop up is the reason for this issue or not do you guys know how to solve not only the freezing but also this error? Thanks! Edited October 31, 2017 by Alex032691
h4kan20
I'm not a proffesional but you might check the load order of these mods on Nexus Mod Manager. Some mods have to be on the correct load order. The mod author is usually stating the load order of his mod.
jones177
Hi Usually a skeleton issue. Try using the skeleton that is in the options download area on the page called "XPMSE skeleton for ECE". That file has allowed me to use ECE in SE. Later

wfandrews
No, LOOT does not necessarily place every mod in the correct load order. Sometimes you must read the mod authors recommendation as to the load order of their mod and follow that. Having said that I would follow the advise of Jones177 as it does sound like a skeleton issue.
