Wasted shout potential

How cool would it be if you could combine dragon words like alchemy ingredients to create different shouts.

Is there a mod that does that or something similar?

with the way the shout system works , I doubt it's really possible

unless you want to make every single possible combination of shouts as an individual shout

because you can't switch between shouts mid shouting

 

I've never seen any mod like this , nor have I ever seen this idea discussed

but I doubt anyone will really try to make something like this
