Whiterun Stress Test - FAIL

Fundamentally, there is frame drop, failure to load interior vanilla textures and crashes. Crash-to-Desktop occurs specifically when I enter/exit Jorrvaskr, Drunken Huntsman and Bannered Mare. I've run to every major hold and rapidly enter/exit every other location (shops, inns & palaces) without a crash. Some may be mod related, but I mostly need a stable core. There isn't as much bandwidth for heavy processing as I think there should be and I need help. Having read the various guides, I have been able to adjust settings - the stutter is a slow-motion effect now, which is preferred and easily suffered. LOOT has no trouble with this load order and TESVEdit finds mostly predictable overwrite conflicts. I refrain from posting the ini settings for fear they would present an unsightly amount of data. Much appreciate any consideration you can spare.
