dubiousintent
Usually this indicates you either skipped something or misinterpreted some instruction. After previous experience, I no longer get involved in these replacement body mods myself, but according to the "BodyMorph 1.x" thread on the "Adults 18+ Only" site "LoversLab.com", you need: NVSE5+, NVSE EXTENDER (NX), MCM, FOMM for BodyMorph itself, with the additional requirements for the BodyMorph Selector plugin "interface" of UIO; and with "JIP LN NVSE plugin 40+" (the version that includes "Lutana") being optional if you wish to Import/Export all morphed NPCs morph data. Players will need a "bodymorph aware" mod for this to do anything for them, it's similar to the mod '''sexout''' in that regard, though if they wish to experiment with it the console can be used to manipulate the NX variables on the player or any other actor. You need MCM to adjust bone weighting. You want the "Selector" plugin (using UIO) to get the HUD. You should be able to see any problems in the "UI_Organized.log" found in the game root folder ("Fallout New Vegas"; not under "Data"). For general problems with any mod changing the interface, please see the wiki "HUD-UI-Menu issues" article.Primary support for BodyMorph 1.x is that thread, and the author is still active. Reading through it there have been several similar "problems" such as yours and they have all been traced back to missing requirements such as the "NVSE Extender (NX)" plugin. The tool is under the "Non Adult mods" section. -Dubious- Edited November 2, 2017 by dubiousintent

dubiousintent
What do your logs for each of those plugins say? Please see the 'Checklist Item #4' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide on how to enable game logging. If you don't have logs for each, then that plugin is not functioning. Re-installing all your other mods won't affect that. Please also see the "Windows Error Messages" section of the wiki "How to read most Bethesda game error logs" article. -Dubious-
