MO unable to scan, and not detecting games. Manual scan?

Hi,

 

I've just installed Steam Skyrim SE and then Mod Organizer. I hadn't yet run Skyrim for the first time when MO scanned for Skyrim and didn't find it. I try to manually add it by going to the steam Common folder -> Skyrim folder and it tells me there is no executable/launcher in the selected folder.

 

So I look up how to solve this and people say just rerun the scan, but I cannot because I can't get into the main MO screen, because no game has been added (Skyrim is my first game!).

 

I reinstall MO but it recognizes it's not the first run probably because of registry files. So still no scan.

 

So I am wondering how I either reset MO so it thinks it's the first time, or how to use a command so that MO runs a manual scan? Or some other solution.
