Modded FO4 CTD Help!

Hi all,

 

I have heavily modded my FO4, following this guide here: -

It works great, except around every 30 mins it crashed to desktop with no warnings or messages, nothing, it just closes. I have been running around in game, trying as many mods as I can and toying with as many elements in game just to make sure everything is working... and it is. I'm quite impressed by the guide and that I got it all to work, almost. If I can just fix whatever is causing this CTD then I'm ready for a fresh playthough with the modded game.

 

In LOOT I get ZERO errors. But I do get 4 dirty mods and 5 warnings. It offers a guide on how to clean these dirty mods using FO4Edit. But a) I am not sure how to do it and b) I'm not sure if I should do it as I don't want to break the game further. Here are the dirty plugins and what it says: -

 

Vault-Tec Historical Preservation Initiative.espfound 3 ITM records and 9 deleted references

nvvault1080.espfound 5 deleted navmeshes

UniqueUniques.espfound 8 ITM records

NukaRadBans.espfound 1 deleted reference

 

So really I am hoping someone has some sound advice for me to help trouble shoot and fix whatever it is that is causing the CTD, if it is even possible to track it down?

 

I hope someone doesn't mind looking and can help.
