What mod is this and how does it work?

I recently started a new play through and when i got to the museum of freedom there are 2 new items in there called 'Preston Garveys revolver typec' and 'Sturges upgraded precharge musket for preston'. At first i thought this was a cool new addition but then it turns out i can't even pick them up even though there is an option to steal; i looked through but i wasn't to find a any info about which info they originate from to see what they do so i wanted to ask if any of you guys know what mod this is.

go near one of the items , and open the console

click on the item , and note the first two letters of the ID of the item

exit the game , and find the plugin in your load order whose index number matches the two digits

this is the plugin responsible for the items . now you just need to find which mod has that plugin (should hopefully be easy , depending on how good the mod author was when naming the plugin)
