My mod manager doesnt react

My mod manager doesnt react when i try to download a mod. I think the problem is when i was setting it all up i got a message asking does the menager want it to restart automaticly. I when i first clicked restart automaticaly it worked, than i clicked that it doesnt ask me and i said not to restart it automaticaly. My main question is is there a way to fix that

2.) Open file location

.....

69.) uninstall that SOB.

4.) reinstall
