Nords Auto-Level Upon Starting New Game

Like it says in the title. Whenever I start a new game if I pick a Nord as my race the character automatically gets a level up. I've tested it with most of the other races and not had this happen. Anyone have a clue as to why this would be happening?

I do, yes. I'll copy and paste my load order here. I know it's a bit wonky, but it's the result of much tinkering. I had a few mods that didn't work unless I put them where I did. A couple are just there because they were installed late and I was lazy though.

The only one that I think effects leveling is Ordinator, though I'm probably wrong.

Did you run LOOT to sort that load order? Your Bashed Patch should be at the very bottom or close to the bottom of your load order as should Alternate Start-Live Another Life.
