a little help about giving npc an armor

Hi, does anyone know how to give any npc geralt's armor?

I'm following this tutorial : https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5249920-tutorial-how-to-swap-characters-swapping-mods-guide/

 

but it doesn't exactly say where exactly the armor is and where to get the variable and where to put it, i did trial and error adding grandmaster sets to vesemir, lambert, eskel but their body always become invisible.

any help is appreciated.

 

and I'm doing trial and error right now learning about Sarcen's Witcher 3 Mod Editor
