Mod not loading

I am having trouble with one mod. It suddenly doesn't show up in the game (it is installed and active, but the game says it is not available - ""This save relies on content that is no longer present"), The mod in question is "See-though combat scopes". I was playing the game, I saved and exited and when I re-launched the game and loaded the save, I got the message. It's not just that save, I've tried loading several from different points and they all give me that message. I've tried searching google and I even tried using LOOT on the off chance that would work, but...no such luck.

these messages show up when you have plugins missing from the game

so have you removed any plugin from your load order?

look through your load order , and make sure that the mentioned plugin actually occurs in your load order , and is active

 

in general , changing mods on an existing save file isn't recommended , and could cause major problems

 

this could also happen (I believe) if you've added more mods , and are over the plugin limit , which might push plugins out of your load order

 

whatever the case , see if you can still find the plugin

if the problem persists , upload your load order here , maybe we can figure out the problem that way

I did change mods, load order or anything. I exited the game and when I tried to play it the next day, I got the message. Here is the load order:

can I assume you meant to say that you didn't change anything at all? that you've just played the game , exited it and now the problem is there?

have you tried running FO4Edit? if you run it with all your mods checked , it would tell you if your load order has a problem

from what I see , I can't track any problems with your load order , but I can't be sure

 

when you try running the game , does it tell you which plugin is missing? can you post a picture of the exact error message you get? it may hold the information you need to solve this issue

and probably the stupidest thing , have you tried restarting your pc? I know how silly it sounds , but restarting your pc could solve some issues , even game related (a restart solved a problem I had with Divinity 2 a few days ago)

Yes, that is exactly what I am saying. As for the mod it says is missing, it is the see-through scope mod (which is the 3dscopes* files at the end)

actually , you do have a missing file somehow

If you look at the picture you've just posted , all of these plugins are missing from your game

you are using replacer plugins , while the game states you've used non replacer mods

now , I don't have mods installed on FO4 at the moment (did a clean reinstall of the game , will mod when I'll play it in the future) , so I can't check the mod

but it seems like you've reinstalled the mod , and chose a different set of plugins

so is this the case? have you used the non replacer version in the past , then switched to the replacer version?

 

now , you could try renaming these plugins to fit the missing ones

the main issue with this is that if one of your other plugins require the plugins you are using , it won't recognize it with the new name

so this is only something you should do at your own discretion

but if you have reinstalled the mod , and chosen a different option , you should just reinstall it again , and this time choose the non replacer version , as the game states you were originally using

glad you got it working , seemingly by waiting for it to figure out it's s#*! by itself or something......

at least you can play it now , until it decides to screw up again (hopefully it won't)

Had the same issue a few days ago. See through scopes suddenly stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and everyhing was fine. Dont know what caused it. And it was the only mod with that behavior...
