Farkas still wearing the wrong armor, conflict?

Hi all. I'm not sure what is causing the conflict so I thought I'd make a general post here. I have USSEP installed so theoretically Farkas should be wearing the correct wolf armor. However on this new playthrough I started he is back to wearing steel armor. It is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things but this is a companion playthrough and Farkas is awesome, so should have armor to match, IMO. I'm sure it's a mod conflict somewhere, but I'm not sure where to look. Would anyone be able to glance through my list and let me know if anything stands out? I know it is long, but any help is appreciated.

Have you tried resurrecting him with the console? That sometimes forces them to change. But not guaranteed to work.

Oh you know I haven't tried that yet! I did disable/enable and that didn't work, nor did resetting inventory through the console. I'll try that next time I see him.

That signals a conflict with some other mod that edits NPCs. You have too many mods to look through in that list and I don't know what most of them are. I saw WICO, which has a USSEP patch, but I didn't see a Diversity patch. You might try loading up your various NPC mods in SEEdit to see if there is a conflict there in Farkas's record. You actually should not have both Diversity and WICO, since they both do the same thing -- they both add new body textures for the PC as well as contain edits for NPCs. I'm surprised you don't have other issues with those mods conflicting.

Update: He transformed into a werewolf during the companions quest, and when he came back to let me out of the cage he was wearing the correct armor. Still not sure what it was that caused it, but it was really amusing.
