Consistent CTD on Save

As the title says, I'm getting a CTD whenever I attempt to save my (VERY heavily modded) game with a particular playthrough. I've sorted through the mods god-knows how many times with LOOT, I've attempted to clean the saves with Save Cleaner, and I can't seem to find any concrete answers as to why it could be doing this. I've started a new playthrough to make sure it's not an issue caused by mod conflict, and it doesn't appear to be. My modlist is as follows:
