Marine Tactical Helmet Targeting HUD

Surprisingly, no one has done this so far, so I figured I'd ask.
As the title suggests, all I'd want is the Targeting HUD function added to the Marine Tactical Helmet from the Far Harbor DLC, similar to the Targeting HUD Eyewear mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2498/?). I'd already posted a comment on the mod asking for the same awhile back, but received no reply, as it appears the mod is no longer supported.
