Guards armor not loading and cant trade with merchants

My mods were working fine up till i was level 11, then i started to craft some stuff at the forge, then as i finished a guard asks me what happened here, when idk what he was even talking aboutbut his armor was invisible. Then I went to try and sell the stuff i had, thinking it was just the game beign weird, to find i cant sell stuff to merchants. I validated the files multiple times to no luck along when I load into the game, it freezes some but the music plays and the mouse cursor pops up and gives the loading animation, if that helps. And if i go to a previus save it doesnt help, the same things happen. I dont know what I could of possibly done for this to happen, please I need help.
