Purple skins and transparent/black eyes on race balancing project

I ve been playing for a while now, but since the beginning of the game i have not been getting the correct skin and eye colors for some of the races(like hidden elf, or xiliavi(however you write it :) ) ) they are either bright purple or invisible, with transparent eyes most of the time. , I didnt mind at first, since i wasnt picking any of those races, but since I catch them on the map fairly often its a bit annoying.... , Here s my load order(I already discussed it around here, and that led me to put knights.esp at the bottom (a bit of reading told me that is the only one wich is really doing conflict if placed at the beggining), and I know it is usually recomended to place the big mods at the end, but since i dont have many other pluggins wich would conflic with OOO or MMM(maybe LAME, but i want its benefits) i left it as is) :

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

PS: oh, i'm also getting crashes every hour and a half or so(but very variable, at time s every 20 minutes, especially in the oblivion gates) and I was wondering if this is normal and to be expected or if i was missing something crucial.
