This is from Steam forums... I have not verified it. I've decided to wait until F4SE is updated. GRRRR (It's my weekend, now I have to do productive things!)

you can get old executable from steam itself. Just type in steam console: download_depot 377160 377162 7417123819347697483

is there a way to prevent steam updating my game / forcing to update my game?

You can, but if you ever need to re-install FO4 or Steam (or if Steam updates and just feels like it) the auto-update feature will re-enable. You'll want to right-click FO4, go to Properties, then Updates, and set it to "Only update this game when I launch it". From then on, so long as you launch FO4 through F4SE (either by NMM or pointing Steam to the F4SE file instead of FalloutLauncher.exe) the game won't update since it "didn't launch properly". Bug? Feature? Yes.

Just wondering where to find one of the files that apparently got updated - interface.ba2 (I haven't been hit, yet, so am making backups). Can't find it in common/fallout 4, common/ fallout 4/ data, common/ fallout 4/ data/ interface or anywhere. I'm still on 1.10.20, if that makes any diff.
