Custom Followers Only Have Heads (or less)

I've recently gotten back to playing Skyrim and started mass modding my game again. I stumbled upon Apacalypha and Mour and attempted to install them via NMM. My problem is that the actual follower's bodies are completely invisible excluding the face. For Mour she has a bald npc face that is floating around. Apacalypha has only her teeth showing.

I don't know if it's a glitch relating to my pc, but I have a 1080, 16 GB, and an i7.

Something's wrong with the installed files. This can happen if your only meshes are missing, or if everything except the ESP is missing. See if disabling and then enabling the mod fixes it (on the Mods tab, not the Plugins tab). If not, then check the VirtualInstall folder to see if the files are there at all. Could you be out of drive space?

I tried what you said, disabling then activating the mods, but that didn't fix it. My storage is pretty empty, so that's not the issue. Also there are files in the virtual folder that the mods are in. The environments around them appear (Mour's House) but they don't.

 

EDIT: So I recently moved my Skyrim directory to another drive, I've already scanned Skyrim, did I need to change anything else?

Do those same files appear in the Skyrim Data directory?

 

When you moved your Skyrim directory, did you still have the mods installed through NMM? I'm not sure how it works when you copy hard links to another drive. It probably makes duplicate copies of the files.

 

Did you move your NMM or VirtualInstall directory to the same drive as well? At least the VirtualInstall directory has to be on the same drive. In either case, you have to make sure that NMM points to the new locations (Settings -> Skyrim and Tools (icon) -> Change Virtual folders). To re-establish the links, it might be best to disable all mods, Make Skyrim Vanilla Again and then re-enable the mods. If you've cleaned the masters and/or installed stuff to your Skyrim main directory (not Data), then you should back that up and then restore it afterwards.

K, I have already redirected my pathways, but I'll try vanilla-ing my Skyrim.

So I did something, alot of messing up combined with just backing up my original modded Skyrim. Somewhere along the line I got it to work, so thanks!
