Baincrist Posted November 30, 2017 Share Posted November 30, 2017 Make sure steam is connected when you do this. Step 2 will not happen if you are offline.So make sure you have your steam set to NOT auto update first. Then go online. Then step 2 should download.. it tells you where it downloads to: [...]steamapps/content/ where ... is where your steam is located From there you copy the Skyrim exe that is the ONLY file in there.. and paste it into your main Skyrim folder. This will overwrite your Skyrim to that version. As of 11/29/17, the version should be 3146230552641174659 from nov 7. Hope that helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rokaiden Posted November 30, 2017 Share Posted November 30, 2017 After Overwriting the newest exe of Skyrim with the previous version, the game just straight crashes for me. I went into offline mode and even disconnected from the internet to prevent Steam from updating. I followed the steps and have SKSE 2.0.5, but it just crashes. Am I missing something here?
