Oblivion faerie tale

Hello! I would like to suggest a more faerie tale like tamriel,Using classic monsters such as Gnomes,faeries,Werewolves,Trolls under bridges and Witches in scary old houses in the middle of a wood. Alittle like Fable.Some new quests would be fun too ((Maybe Saving little red riding hood from the wolf :P)). I know that i ask of alot but it would be awsome..and i know it can be done since i tried the Oblivion overhaul mod. I dont have any experience of modding more than building small caves and making dialog,but i am willing to learn and help out in any way.My brother have made alot of 3d models and i think he will be willing to help.
