LE Player Home at the lake shore and near the road to Riften

Hey,

 

since the creation kit came out i'm looking for a nice home for my character.

 

I would like it to be a bit like the SkyHold_Lodge (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12714) but in the Riften style...maybe somewhere near to the Heartwood Mill or Snow-Shod Farm.

I dream of a house with a beautiful lake view and a durable fence around the house (because of the dangerous creatures ;), but not a high wall! ) and a small path leading to a little gate where you enter the property.

No cheat items or plenty of chests or so...only a few to store my stuff.

...back in the days i created mods for oblivion but now as i am a student i do not have time to create this mod.

 

I would be so happy if someone could do such a house mod.
