I tried to do it myself and even researched a bit about modding, but I just can't get it to work. My request is to buff the damage "Stendarr's Aura" does, to make it more interesting to use for my character. The damage the spell has is really bad and for the mana cost its almost not worth using it. I would be really happy if someone manages to help me out and offer me this tiny little change as a mod.
