im making a lich race

So im in the process of making a lich race, and it looks rather good i think. the only problem im having is i want to put the skeleton head on a regular body mesh. i found a way to do it if i put the skeleton head as the mouth, and take away the head mesh completely, the only problem i run across is the neck is attached to the head mesh so theres no neck so even though the head is where it needs to be. you can see inside the body and it makes it look pretty bad. ive tried all the meshes i had to try and recreate a neck to no avail. ive even tried reshaping the face so it fits inside the skull but it wont go in far enough.

 

i have no programs for meshing and no space to download any. i cant imagine it would be too hard but i have no idea about any of it. could someone take a head mesh and just take off the head and leave the neck? it would be greatly appreciated. I think ill finally create a good lich mod.
