Tchos
So I gave Knights of the Nine a try, and as you know the first thing it does is deal the player a big slap in the face, destroying one of the temples. People dead, and the altars stop working. I went through the quests for a while anyway, hoping it would get better, but the whole thing was just rubbing me the wrong way. Now, I know that if I could manage to finish the whole thing, the temple would be restored, but it's just not for me, so I ultimately disabled the plugin. Well, that got rid of the street preacher and the temple wasn't destroyed anymore, but the people were still dead and the altars still didn't work. I looked up the NPC codes for the people who were killed in the temple, and resurrected them with the console, but two of their AI packages seem to be out of whack. The Primate of the temple spends most of her time outside the temple raking the little graveyard out there, Laralthir tends to wander around outside the temple too, and only Trevaia stays in the temple as I think they all should. But the NPC behaviour is only a secondary issue, and primarily, I'd like to get the altars working again. Is there a way to to do that using the console, or do I need to create a new plugin with fresh copies of altars in the temple?
HouseAtlantic
KOTN is added into the Oblivion BSA on installation, so you may not get too far into fixing this without reinstalling or possibly using Wyre bash to separate the two. If you have Oblivion installed into your C:\Program Files then you'll have to uninstall it, because I don't think Wyre bash will change anything in that location
Tchos
Argh, I thought only Shivering Isles did that. Well, I don't think it's worth the risk of messing up something in my existing saves by either reinstalling or using Wrye on the main BSA... Thanks anyway.
