Crash on start up

OK so I have decided to come back to New Vegas I have modded it before and have had no trouble and I've come back to it and it just crashes on start up i'm sure what the cause is as I've taken all the mods of works fine and then I've installed the mods i know work fine and still every thing is good I'm not sure if i have mods that are conflicting so if someone can help that would be great

first of all , the load order itself is somewhat of a mess , with even the basic DLCs in the wrong order (and I do believe this could cause errors)

beyond this , even in a small glance you clearly have missing masters in your load order

for example , you have an FCO plugin for Russell , but you don't have the Russell plugin in your load order (which I'm pretty sure is needed)

if you want to be sure , try running FNVEdit , and see which error it tells you when it stops loading , and fix this error

or try finding all of the missing masters you probably have in your load order

 

I'm not familiar with all the mods you use , so I can't give you more specific information , but you should go through all of those pages and see that you haven't missed any requirements , and of course make sure you use the script extender for running the game , otherwise it won't work (90% sure that at least one of these mods requires it)

also check those pages for a recommended load order , and try to sort this , as it can also solve problems for you

If it's been a while since you last played, most likely you have forgotten some of the quirks of this game. Among them are that it has a lower "plugin cap" than other Bethesda games, of roughly 140, though that varies by system and mod list. You have 149, which is pushing that limit. Suggest you read the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to refresh your memory. As pointed out, your "load order" is not properly sorted. Give LOOT a try, which is linked in that article.

Move any "inactive" plugins out of the game "Data" folder. They count against the "plugin cap" because they get loaded by the game engine if found, and can cause "Missing Master" problems. Please see the wiki "Missing Masters" article if you get that error message.

Don't install compatibility patches for mods you do not have installed/active (e.g. get rid of any "TTW" patches if you aren't running TTW).

Don't install every optional file for a mod. Read the install instructions carefully. Optional files need to be selected on a "case by case" basis. For example: with any mod you usually only need one ESP (and possibly one ESM) "base" file depending upon whether you have all the DLCs active or not. Only if you don't have them all active do you need to install any specific DLC versions if there is an "Ultimate Edition/All/Merged DLC" version.

Eventually, if you can't get down to roughly 130 by moving inactives out, try to prioritize and uninstall (on a temporary "test" basis) the less important plugins until you do so. If that does resolve your problems, then see the wiki "Merged Plugin Guidelines for Personal Use" article on how to merge plugins (which is not the same as a "merge patch" file) to get your active count down while still keeping the mods.

Be aware that one error may mask a number of other errors, which will not appear until those masking them have been resolved. Building a stable game consists of resolving each problem individually until none remain, and then realizing that every change you make thereafter (including updates to mods already installed) run the risk of introducing new problems. Be prepared to revert to a previous save if you do so.

now it just seems like my weapons are missing textures

Toggle your "ArchiveInvalidation" off-and-on again. If that doesn't fix the errors, please see the 'Solutions to Mesh (Red "!" icon) or Texture (solid color) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.
